Our transcription rates for billing are based on several criteria:

 Mode of Dictation (digital dictation vs analog)

 Volume of Dictation

 Special Formatting

 Quality of Dictation

 Dictation Costs will vary depending on the options you choose.

 Line rate is based on a 65 character line including spaces. 

 Standard page rate is based on Courier 12 print with a minimum of one inch left and right margins. You may request other formats and fonts and we will be more than happy to meet your specifications. However, the actual "count" will be based on the above information and billed accordingly.
